1. DEFINITIONS

1.1. VBingo: A proprietary gaming platform owned and operated by Mountain Peak Investments, LLC, offering social gameplay using Silver Coins and sweepstakes-style opportunities through the use of Storm Opals.

1.2. Sponsor/Promoter: An independent entity authorized by Mountain Peak Investments, LLC to operate VBingo promotions, sell Silver Coins, and manage the redemption of Storm Opals for prizes.

1.3. Silver Coins: Non-value game tokens used for social gameplay on the VBingo platform. Silver Coins cannot be redeemed for prizes and are available for purchase at Sponsor/Promoter locations.

1.4. Storm Opals: Coin-of-value tokens that can be used for sweepstakes gameplay on the VBingo platform. Storm Opals are redeemable for prizes at Sponsor/Promoter locations.

1.5. Participant/Player: An individual who meets eligibility requirements, creates an account via a Sponsor/Promoter-provided link, and engages with the VBingo platform under these Rules of Play.

1.6. Account: A unique user profile created, accessible through a Sponsor/Promoter-provided link, which tracks gameplay activity, Silver Coin balances, and Storm Opal balances.

1.7. Prize Redemption: The process of exchanging Storm Opals for prizes at Sponsor/Promoter locations, subject to verification and these Rules of Play.

2. DISCLAIMERS

VBingoGames.com is an online platform operated by Mountain Peak Investments, LLC, offering Participants the opportunity to engage with the VBingo system for entertainment and promotional purposes. VBingo provides a means to collect and use non-value Silver Coins and coin-of-value Storm Opals as set out in these Rules of Play.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

These Rules of Play govern all individuals’ ("You" or "Participants") use of VBingoGames.com and are linked to our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed [here](Insert Privacy Policy Link). By creating an account or participating in VBingo, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these rules.

Mountain Peak Investments, LLC reserves the right to update these Rules of Play. The most current version posted on VBingoGames.com shall apply. Any continued participation after updates signifies your acceptance.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1. Participation is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding jurisdictions where prohibited by law) who are at least 21 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is later.

3.2. Void where prohibited by law.

3.3. Employees of Mountain Peak Investments, LLC, Sponsor/Promoter, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and related entities, as well as immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

3.4. Participation is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance in your jurisdiction.

4. SPONSOR/PROMOTER

The Sponsor/Promoter is a separate organization authorized to use the VBingo system for promotional purposes. Sponsor/Promoter is solely responsible for organizing, managing, and paying any prizes associated with Storm Opal redemptions.

5. HOW TO COLLECT SILVER COINS AND STORM OPALS

5.1. Silver Coins: Participants can purchase Silver Coins exclusively at Sponsor/Promoter locations. Silver Coins are used for social gameplay and do not have monetary value.

5.2. Storm Opals: Participants can redeem Storm Opals at Sponsor/Promoter locations only. Storm Opals are the coin of value, redeemable for prizes. Mountain Peak Investments, LLC is not responsible for fulfilling prizes; this is solely the responsibility of the Sponsor/Promoter.

5.3. Promotional Offers: Participants may earn free Silver Coins or Storm Opals through the following methods:

5.3.1. Purchase Bonuses: Participants may receive Storm Opals as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of Silver Coins. Silver Coins are used for social gameplay and cannot be redeemed for prizes. The number of Storm Opals awarded will be clearly stated at the point of purchase. All purchases of Silver Coins are final, and no refunds will be issued.

5.3.2. Promotional Contests: Sponsor/Promoter may organize no-cost giveaway contests that allow Participants to earn free Storm Opals. Instructions and eligibility criteria for such contests will be communicated by the Sponsor/Promoter. The amount of Storm Opals awarded will be credited to winners’ accounts as specified in the promotional terms.

5.3.3. Daily Rewards: Verified account holders may claim a daily reward by logging into their VBingoGames.com account and accessing the designated reward feature. Participants may receive a small number of Silver Coins or a Storm Opal daily, subject to promotional terms.

5.4. No online purchases or redemptions are permitted. You must physically visit Sponsor/Promoter locations to purchase Silver Coins or redeem Storm Opals.

5.5. Mail-In Requests for Storm Opals: Participants may request free Storm Opals by mailing a 4x6 index card containing the following hand-written information in a sealed envelope to the Sponsor/Promoter:

1. Full name as shown on a government-issued ID;
2. Verified residential address registered to the Participant’s VBingo account;
3. Verified phone number registered to the Participant’s VBingo account;
4. VBingo account nickname associated with the Participant’s profile;
5. Verified email address registered to the Participant’s VBingo account;
6. Birth month, day, and year as shown on a government-issued ID.

The sealed envelope must be sent to the address specified by the Sponsor/Promoter and include sufficient postage. Each mail-in request must be submitted separately, and only one request per envelope is allowed. The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to reject incomplete or non-compliant requests. Participants are limited to one request per day.

6. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

6.1. To participate in VBingo, you must create an account at a link provided by the Sponsor/Promoter. By creating an account, you agree to these Rules of Play and the linked Privacy Policy.

6.2. By logging into your account, you represent that you are authorized to use it and accept responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

6.3. Participants may receive Silver Coins and/or promotional Storm Opals as part of marketing campaigns determined by the Sponsor/Promoter.

7. USING SILVER COINS AND STORM OPALS

7.1. Gameplay with Silver Coins: Silver Coins are used exclusively for gameplay and have no monetary value. They cannot be redeemed for prizes.

7.2. Gameplay with Storm Opals: Storm Opals can be used to play sweepstakes games for a chance to win additional Storm Opals. Participants may obtain Storm Opals through the following methods:

1. By winning Storm Opals through gameplay on the VBingo platform;
2. By receiving Storm Opals as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of Silver Coins (as outlined in Section 4.3.1);
3. By participating in promotional contests organized by the Sponsor/Promoter (as outlined in Section 4.3.2);
4. By claiming daily rewards, as available through Sponsor/Promoter offers (as outlined in Section 4.3.3);
5. By submitting mail-in requests for Storm Opals (as outlined in Section 4.5).

Only Storm Opals obtained through gameplay (i) are eligible for redemption as prizes. Storm Opals obtained through methods (ii) through (v) are for sweepstakes entries only and are not redeemable for prizes. Only Storm Opals won through gameplay are eligible for redemption.

7.3. Prize Redemption: Prizes associated with Storm Opals must be redeemed in person at Sponsor/Promoter locations. Participants are required to present identification and their VBingoGames.com account details for verification.

7.4. Redemption Limits: Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to set minimum redemption values or daily limits for Storm Opals. Participants will be notified of these limits at the point of redemption.

7.5. Prize Valuation: Each redeemable Storm Opal is equivalent to one United States Dollar (USD). The Sponsor/Promoter reserves the right to update the prize list and valuation criteria, provided such updates comply with these Rules of Play. The prize value is determined solely by the Sponsor/Promoter.

7.6. Expiry of Coins: Silver Coins and Storm Opals may expire if not used within a specified timeframe as determined by the Sponsor/Promoter. Participants will be notified of expiration policies.

7.7. Prohibited Activities: Use of automated systems, tampering with gameplay, or any fraudulent activities are strictly prohibited. Participants found engaging in such activities may be disqualified and have their accounts suspended.

8. ACCOUNT RULES

8.1. By creating an account through a link provided by the Sponsor/Promoter, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accept full responsibility for any activity conducted under your account.

8.2. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or dishonest practices.
• Violating these Rules of Play.

8.3. Inactive accounts (no login activity for 120 days) may forfeit unused Silver Coins or Storm Opals.

9. TAX RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with redeeming Storm Opals. Consult your local tax advisor for guidance. Sponsor/Promoter and Mountain Peak Investments, LLC assume no responsibility for tax reporting or compliance on behalf of participants.

10. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES

10.1. Sponsor/Promoter may organize promotions at its discretion. Promotions may include free Storm Opals or other bonuses, subject to the rules outlined by the Sponsor/Promoter.

10.2. Promotions are offered for a limited time or as specified by Sponsor/Promoter. Terms and conditions for individual promotions will be communicated by the Sponsor/Promoter.

11. VERIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF WINNERS

11.1. All prize redemptions are subject to verification by the Sponsor/Promoter. Sponsor/Promoter decisions regarding eligibility, game outcomes, and prize distributions are final and binding.

11.2. Participants may be required to present identification or other documentation as determined by the Sponsor/Promoter to confirm eligibility for prizes.

11.3. Failure to comply with verification requirements may result in disqualification or forfeiture of prizes.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. Participants agree to waive formal dispute resolution processes and accept the Sponsor/Promoter’s decisions as final and binding regarding disputes related to gameplay, promotions, and prize redemptions.

12.2. Any disputes not resolved by the Sponsor/Promoter’s decision must be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming.

13. GENERAL CONDITIONS

13.1. Mountain Peak Investments, LLC and Sponsor/Promoter reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any aspect of VBingo without prior notice.

13.2. Participation in VBingo constitutes agreement to these Rules of Play.

13.3. Participants release and hold harmless Mountain Peak Investments, LLC, Sponsor/Promoter, and their affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from participation in VBingo.

13.4. Storm Opals are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or exchanged except as specified by Sponsor/Promoter.

14.1. For questions or assistance, contact the Sponsor/Promoter directly using the contact information provided at their location or during account setup.

14.2. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules does not affect the validity of any other provision.
